We implemented the world’s most advanced testing method of plastic lubricant, meeting the requirements of ASTM D7718[1] oraz ASTM D7918[2] standards for sampling and analysis.
Grease Thief® is the only method that allows to test the consistency, wear, contamination, oxidation of a lubricant and count the wear particles, using a grease sample weighing 1g only.
The grease sample is always taken from a critical and representative location by the patented sampling tools. The one-gram sampler allows for non-contact preparation of samples in the laboratory, and the sampling process itself ensures full repeatability by elimination the risk of cross-contamination of samples at the test stand.
The GTA method is used in the analysis of grease operating in wind turbines, robotics, plain bearings, electric motors and gears.
Advantages of the Grease Thief® analysis method:
Specialized research laboratory Ecol provides complete diagnostic service focused on energy objects.
On the basis of analyzes of oils, lubricants, coolants and fuels, we conduct diagnostics of turbines (gas, steam, water and wind), internal combustion and electric engines, transformers, gears, pumps, compressors and many other devices in which the lubricating or cooling medium is able to provide reliable information about the condition of the machine.
